Welcome to Realy, a mobile application ("App") designed to provide an interactive, AI-powered infotainment experience. By accessing or using Realy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.
We are committed to make and preserve Realy as a safe place, safe community, but we can not guarantee it single-handedly, which is why we ask everyone to follow the Terms and to report content and actions that seem to be violating the Terms. We also ask everyone to pose a mutual respect inside the community and everywhere on the Internet and in real-life. We deserve a new way of respectful and meaningful communication.
Eligibility
The App is not available to users under the age of 13. By using Realy, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

Realy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Prohibited Uses and Rules of Conduct and Ethics

AI Interactions and Limitations
Realy's AI features provide information and entertainment through your camera's view. However, the AI's responses are generated based on algorithms and may not be accurate, complete, or suitable for all purposes. You acknowledge that the AI may make mistakes and that its outputs should not be relied upon as definitive or factual. Realy is not responsible for the AI-generated content's accuracy or reliability.
User-Generated Content
You may create and share content with other users.
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant Realy with a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods. We might use your fantastic public creations to promote Realy and its talented creative community.
You are responsible for the content you create and share, ensuring it complies with all laws, regulations, and these Terms.
Social Features
Realy may offer social features, allowing users to interact and share content. You are responsible for your interactions with other users and agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner.
